我国居民收入差距扩大的经济学思考

Economic Thinking on Personal Income Disparity Expansion in Our Country

随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国国民经济总体水平有了明显的提高,人民收入状况明显改善。但由于经济发展的不平衡,以及收入分配的不尽合理,在收入水平普遍提高的同时,居民民入差距也明显扩大。早在80年代邓小平同志就预见:“共同富裕,我们从改革一开始就讲,将来总有一天要成为中心课题……可以设想,在本世纪末达到小康水平的时候,就要突出地提出和解决这个问题”[1]。在今天,缩小居民收入差距、实现共同富裕真的成为了经济可持续发展的重要课题。

With the development of socialist market economy, the overall level of our national economy has obviously improved and so has personal in come. But because of the imbalance of economic development and the unreasonable income distribution, personal income disparity has clearly expanded while personal income has prevailingly improved. As early as 1980's comrade Deng xiaoping predicted that we had talked about common prosperity in the very beginning of the reform and it would become our major concern someday in the future......that we could assume when we would reach well-to-do level by the end of this century, it's high time that we put forward and solved this problem.Today reducing prersonal income disparity and realizing common prosperity has really become a critical task in sustainable development of the economy.
