对电子政务及其高职教育的思考

Pondering on Electronic Government and Its High Professional Education

电子政务位于“信息高速公路”五大应用领域之首,是政府信息网络化的重要体现。 目前专业人才匮乏,高职院校应尽快抓好电子政务技术应用型人才的培养。电子政务不是单纯的 技术问题,它涉及政府和社会的各个方面,要从应用、服务及网络通道三个层面进行电子政务基 本架构的规划、设计和系统建设。制定高职电子政务专业(专科)教学计划、确定培养目标和课 程设置应以此为依据。

The electronic government is in the lead of the five applying fields in 揑nformation Highway?and an importance embodiment of information net-work by government. At present due to lack of professional personnel,it is urgent for high professional college to culture the applying students for electronic government. Nevertheless,electronic government is not only a pure technical problem,but also involves various respects in government and society by making plan,designing and constructing from the three layers in application,service and net-work,on which the teaching plan for the professional course,target and layout will be drawn.
