摘要
目的 检验飞行员特殊视觉检查仪中立体视觉功能检查的精度和准确性,探索其在飞行员医学鉴定中应用的可行性.方法 选取52名健康男性青年为受试对象,在同一环境下,由同一检查者分别用飞行员特殊视觉检查仪、金氏双眼立体视觉检查图和Titmus检查图对每名受试者进行立体视觉功能检查,记录最小识别图形的秒角.结果 飞行员特殊视觉检查仪的合格人数为49名(94.23%),Titmus检查图的合格人数为50名(96.15%),金氏双眼立体视觉检查图的合格人数为45名(86.54%).经统计学分析,飞行员特殊视觉检查仪与Titmus检查图及金氏立体视觉检查图无统计学差异,Titmus检查图与金氏立体视觉检查图之间也无统计学差异(x2=0.00、1.77、1.77,P>0.05).结论 飞行员特殊视觉检查仪中立体视觉功能检查能准确、可靠地定量测定立体视锐度.
Objective To explore the accuracy of stereo vision inspection measured by special vision inspection instrument and to evaluate the feasibility of applying the instrument for pilot's physical examination. Methods Fifty-two healthy adults served as subject. Their stereo vision was respectively inspected by a special designed stereo vision inspection instrument, Jin's binocular vision test atlas and Titmus test atlas. The minimum are-second was recorded. Results There were 49subjects (94.23 %) passed the instrument inspection comparing to 50 (96.15 % ) by Titmus test atlas and 45 (86.54 %) by Jin's. There was no significant differences among these three inspection methods (x2 = 0. 00, 1.77, 1.77, P > 0. 05). Conclusions The special vision inspection instrument can accurately, reliably and quantificationally measure pilot's stereo vision function.
