摘要
“德治”和“法治”是我国传统的治国方略,坚持依法治国和以德治国相结合,是社会主义法治建设和道德建设的必然需要。
The rule of law and the rule of virtue are traditional strategies of governing our country. It is necessary that we should combine them together so as to strengthen socialist legal and ethical building.
