The newly-amended Marriage Law has regulated the communal estate rules by adding the contractual property part to it and made the law more nearly fair, just and standard. The article aimsto make a study of the amendment to the contractual property system, its significance and further improvement, which is beneficial to the study of the Marriage Law.
