高校体育课教学模式中，长期偏重学生运动技术技能的培养。对学生美育教育的培养和教学训练，以提高学生对体育运动美的欣赏鉴别能力，使学生对体育课学习产生浓厚的兴趣和积极性，并建立起学生终身从事体育锻炼观念。

There has been existing a tendency in the teaching pattern of higher-learning physical education, that is, only paying attention to the skill ability of usage, but neglecting other factors in education and development to the students, such as aesthetics education and so on. We should improve the appreciating and distinguishing ability to physical aesthetics of students, so as to have them exert greater interest and ability to physical education, and set up a sense of going in for physical training the whole life.
