吸尘器中高效永磁通用电机的研究

摘要 本文介绍了高效永磁通用电机的原理和结构特点,并利用AnsoftMaxwell软件对一台500W电机建模,通过有限元分析计算,优化电机结构,引入永磁磁通支路,削弱齿槽转矩和负转矩,提高电机的效率和稳定性。最后,通过样机实验结果,验证了仿真结果的正确性。 The paper introduces the principle and structure of high efficiency permanent magnet universal motor and by using the software of Ansoft Maxwell, takes 500W motor as example to build the model and calculate. Utilizing the finite element analysis to optimize the motor structure, lead in magnetic flux branch, reduce the cogging torque and negative torque and improve the motor efficiency and stability. Finally, the correctness of simulation is verified with the test result of prototype.
