国产尿激酶与进口链激酶静脉溶栓治疗急性心肌梗死临床疗效比较

Comparison of Thrombolytic Effects of Domestic Urokinase and Imported Streptokinase in Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

目的:比较国产尿激酶与进口链激酶静脉溶栓治疗27例急性心肌梗死患者的临床疗效。方法:27例急性心肌梗死患者随机分成国产尿激酶组(15例)和进口链激酶组(12例),两组辅以阿司匹林治疗,比较两组溶栓疗效及副作用。结果:尿激酶组及链激酶组冠脉再通率均为66.7％;5周病死率尿激酶组为13.3％(2例),链激酶组为16.7％(2例)(P>0.05);出血并发症尿激酶组13.3％(2例),链激酶组16.7％(2例)(P>0.05),其中1例因出血性脑卒中死亡;低血压发生率尿激酶组6.7％(1例),链激酶组8.3％(1例)(P>0.05);链激酶组1例发生过敏反应。结论:国产尿激酶冠脉再通率与进口链激酶相似,但国产尿激酶价格较进口链激酶低廉,严重出血并发症及过敏反应发生率低,更为安全。

Objective: To compare the thrombolytic effects of domestic urokinase and imported streptokinase in 27 patients with acute myocardial infarction. Method: The patients were randomizd to receive in domestic urokinase(UK, n=15) or in imported streptokinase (SK, n=12), and oral aspirine were used as adjuvants in both groups. Result: The rates of reperfusion were 66.7% in both UK and SK groups. There were no significant differences in 0～35 day motality (13.3% vs 16.7%, P>0.05), hypotension rate(6.7% vs 8.3%, P>0.05) and hemorrhage rate (13.3% vs 16.7%, P>0.05), but 1 patient died of cerebral hemorrhage in SK group. 1 patient had allergic reaction in SK group. Conclusion: Both in UK and in SK provide surival benefit, but domestic UK is safer and less cost than imported SK.
