摘要
文章叙述了建立社会主义市场经济法律制度的紧迫性和必要性；指出了建立社会主义市场经济法律制度的基本原则和适应市场经济所必须的法律基础；确立市场经济的法律秩序。
In this article the urgency and necessity of setting up legal system of socialist market economy is discussed; the basic principles of legal system for setting up socialist market economy, essential legal basis for adapting market economy and legal order of establishing market economy are proposed.
