摘要
文章分析了当前高等教育改革和发展的趋势，提出地方工科院校必须坚持符合校情、独具特色的办学理念，确立学校的整体发展目标，办出自己的特色，才能获得学校生存和发展的空间，保持学校的可持续发展。
Based on its analysis of the trends of reform and development of higher education, this article puts forward that local academies of engineering should stick to the principle of institute-specific characteristics, establish its general aim of development, to gain its space for survival and development and to guarantee its continuable development.
