Efficient intellectual innovation system is the element of first importance which influences the development of national economy in the era of information economy. A significant base of intellectual innovation, institutions of higher eduation are the cradle of creative talent. This paper appraoches the problem of creativity-oriented eduation from the perspectives of teaching reform, teaching staff and discipline construction.
