The extraction of synchronization is one of the key problems in the design and application of a telemetry system.In this paper, a look up table decision extraction method based on the use of EPROM is discussed, which has been applied in experiment and education.The basic principle and design hardware components of the method are described, The applications of the method have got good effects.
