A facile bit synchronizer is described in this paper.Based on the analysis about the characterisitics of current bit synchronizer and the peculiarity of a specified missile's telemetry information system,we offered a simple method to pick up the bit synchronizing signal.This method make use of the advantage of BIΦ code and can realize the bit synchronization without using the technology of phase locked loop.
