摘要
研究了采用商用的 AFM对PMMA进行纳米压痕试验,测定 PMMA的力曲线与压痕深度,探讨压痕形成机理和工艺参数的影响,为PMMA的实际应用提供了力学基础。
The nano-level indentation hardness test of the PMMA film with an AFM (Atomic Force Microscope) has been implemented. The measurements of force curve and indentation depth of the PMMA film, and the discussions on the indentation forming mechanism and the influence of technological parameters have provided a mechanical basis for the application of PMMA films into practice.
