摘要
粉末合金刹车片在烧结后有时会意外淬火，造成刹车片钢背脆化而报废。采用一种退火工艺，在保持刹车片其它性能的同时，使刹车片钢背恢复塑性。
The accidental quenching, occurring in the sintering process, will make the steel back of a powder alloy brake lining brittle and useless. In this paper, an annealing process has been adopted to regain the plastic property of the steel back while the other properties of CG03 brake linings are still remained.
