摘要
论述了多年来国内外汽车散热器用低锡钎料的研究成果和现状，主要是各种节锡钎料系统的成分和各项工艺性能的研究，特别是合金元素在改善性能方面的作用和作用机理以及节锡钎料的研究方法和发展前景．
The achievement and present Conditions of minimum tin content solders for auto-motive radiators for many years at home and abroad are expounded. The composition and several technic properties of some low-tin solder systems are mainly discussed. Espcially alloy elements play a role in improving the property. In addition, the method of study and developping prospect are introduc.
