In this paper how important rationality and accuracy are for thesises is explained from the following aspects: rationality of language and editorial procedure, accuracy of abstracts and data. This is aimed at improving quality and scholarship of thesises and developing journal of college and university by collaboration or authors, reviewers and editors.
