摘要
介绍了目前研究人力资源的重要意义提出了目前我市国有企业经营者的几种现状;着重分析了国有企业人力资源现状产生的原因;提出了要很好的解决我市国有企业人力资源的问题,必须对我市的国企进行公司制改革,建立现代企业制度.
The thesis introduces important significance of researching human resource at present it proposes different status of Shenyang state--owned enterprises' entrepreneurs. This paper puts emphasis on analyzing the reason of causing current situation of human resources. And it puts forward a way of solving existing questions.That is reorganizing current state--owned enterprises and setting up modern corporate system.
