摘要
基于２０世纪最重要的组织创新，着重介绍了动态联盟的内涵、特征，并针对其操作中存在的误区，提出相应策略．
The most important organization mode createdl in the 1990's is discussed. Especially it introduces the conception and characteristice of virtual corporation. Finally the paper comes up with some strategies to the problems of building virtual corporation.
