Grasping the Connotation of “Representation at Three Aspects”, Undertaking the Historically Important Tasks of the Party Organization

为全面落实“三个代表”的要求 ,徐州铁路分局各级党组织结合铁路改革实际 ,健全完善企业领导体制 ,坚持抓大事、抓全局 ,把思想政治工作的着力点 ,放在凝聚人心、保持稳定、调动积极性上同时大力推进企业民主政治建设和精神文明建设 ,开展“再就业”、“送温暖”工程 ,切实维护职工群众的经济利益 。

In order to thoroughly implement the requirements of “representation at three aspects”,according to the reality of railway reform,the party organizations of every levels at Xuzhou Railway Sub Administration perfect the leadership system in enterprises,emphasize on major issues and general interests. The emphases of ideological work are “getting the favor from the public,maintaining the stable situation,motivating the positivity”. At the same time,the Party organizations accelerate the construction of material civilization and spiritual civilization in enterprises, carry out the project of “re employment” and “conveying kindness and material support to the poor”. The economic benefits of the employees are protected by the Party organization conscientiously. The Party has been controlled strictly from several aspects such as the construction of basic organizations,etc.
