摘要
测试了灰葡萄孢霉(Botrytis cinerea)对24种碳源的利用,并建立了相应的生长函数Y=X0eπ。结果表明与无碳源对照相比,不同的碳源都能显著地促进病苗的生长(山梨酸除外),但对病菌的产孢无作用。分别对不同碳源生长函数的生长速率(X0)和初始生长量(r)进行方差分析,结果证明这两组参数均无显著性差异,说明绝大多数碳源都能被病菌利用。
Utilization of 24 carbon sources by Botrytis cinerea was determined and growth functins related to every carbon source(Y=X0e)were established in this study,The results indicated that different carbon sources could promote pathogen growth significantly(exception of sorbic acid),however,the did not show and effcet on pathogen sporulation,Then 2 groups of growth function paramenters(initial growth,X0 and growth rate,r)were test- ed through analysis of variation respectively ,the results also illustrated that there were no significant differences in initial growth and growth rate among treatments with different carbon sources,therefore it is proved that Botrytis cinerea could utilize most of carbon sources for growth and survival.
