摘要
实验室生物测定比较了阿维菌素B2和B1对四种节肢动物的毒力活性。B2对小菜蛾、褐背小萤叶甲和大水蚤的毒力活性均高于B1,48h Lc50值(B2/B1)分别为0.80/1.32μg/mL,0.063/0.089μg/mL和0.00021/0.00049μg/mL。对二点叶螨的 24h毒力,B1(0.0082 μg/mL)略高于B2(0.0094μg/mL)。以B2乳油剂有效成分7.5—15.0g/hm2田间防治小菜蛾,或 3.75~7.50g/hm2防治褐背小萤叶甲均可取得极佳防治效果。
Toxicities of Avermectins B2 and B1 (AVM) to four arthorpods were comparatively studied in laboratory and field.The values of Lc50(μg/mL) of AVM B2/B1 for plutella xylostella(48h), Galerucella grisescens(48h),Daphinia magna(48h) and Tatranychus urticae(24h) are 0. 80/1. 32,0. 063/0. 089,0. 00021/0. 00X49 and 0. 0094/0.0082 tespectively. Results of field test demonstrated that the excellent efficacy could be obtained when the AVM B2 emulsion was applied at 7.5-15.0g(a.i.)/hm2 for controlling P. xylostella on cabbage and at 3.75-7.50g(ai)hm2 for controlling G. grisescens on garden sorrel(Rumex acetosa).
