油田聚合物采油废水混凝处理方法的试验研究 被引量:25

摘要 针对聚合物采油污水粘度高、乳化稳定性强的特性 ,研制出新型药剂改性聚合氯化铝 (HPAC) ,通过其强化混凝作用 ,将破乳、凝聚和降低粘度 3个作用过程有机地结合起来 ,提高了油水的分离质量和除油效率 ;处理后油的去除率可达 99.9%以上 ,油的残余浓度 <10ppm ,可满足油田回注水预处理的要求 .研究发现HPAC的混凝过程实际上就是聚合物采油污水中HPAM的去除过程 ,在此基础上 ,对聚合物采油污水混凝处理的特性及机理进行了分析和探讨 . A new efficient coagulant HPAC transformed poly\|aluminium was made out for treating the oilfield polymer\|flooding wastewater by enhanced coagulation. The coagulation tests were carried out and the experimental results were discussed. HPAC functions as de\|emulsification, coagulation and lowering viscosity occurred simultaneously in the coagulation\|flocculation process. Oil removal rate was up to 99.9%, and concentration of the remainder oil in the treated water was less than 10 ppm. The result indicated that by thes simple process the water gnality can meet the pre\|treatment need of reinjection water in the oilfield. Besides, it was found that the HPAC coagulation process is the process of HPAM removal. The coagulation\|flocculation characteristic and mechanism for treating the polymer\|flooding wastewater by HPAC were discussed.
