摘要
用电化学方法降解生物难降解有机物 .用石墨等 5种阳极对苯酚等模拟有机废水进行电降解实验 ,筛选出Ti/SnO2 +Sb2 O3 钛基金属氧化物修饰电极 ,对浓度 10 0 0mg/L的有机废水电解 2h ,COD降至 40mg/L以下 ,偶氮染料脱色率 10 0 % .提高电流密度能增加COD的去除率 ,但电流效率下降 .提高COD去除率的关键在于增高电极表面的析氧电位和增大电极的氧化反应传递系数 β值 .
A technique of electrochemical water treatment, electrocatalytic oxidation of bio refractory organism, was investigated experimentally sllected. The Ti/SnO 2+Sb 2O 3 electrode was selected. When the simulated waste water with initial organic concentration about 1000?mg/L was treated for 2 hours, COD decreased to bellow 40?mg/L and the decolor rate of azoic dye was 100%. With the increment of the current density the COD removal rate increased,but the current efficiency decreased. Service life of Ti/SnO 2+Sb 2O 3 electrode was enlarged by adding noble metal to the surface layer. The experimental results showed that the oxygen evolution potential and the transmission coefficient of the anode β play important roles for electrocatalytic oxidation of organism.
