多环芳烃化合物对鲤鱼肝微粒体EROD的体外诱导 被引量:11

摘要 建立了一种研究有机污染物对 7 乙氧基异吩唑酮 脱乙基酶 (EROD)诱导的体外实验方法 ,探讨了 5种多环芳烃(PAHs)化合物对EROD的诱导作用 ,发现其均可诱导EROD的活性 ,使其活性升高 ,且EROD活性的升高与PAHs的浓度存在剂量 效应关系 .所选 5种多环芳烃化合物对EROD活性诱导的大小顺序为苯并 (a)芘 >9,10 菲醌 >芘 >1 羟基芘 >菲 . A method for research on the induction of ethoxyresorufin O deethylase(EROD) in in vitro was established. The induction of EROD by five polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) was investigated in carp liver microsome system. It has been found all five PAH compounds could induce the activity of EROD with dose effect relationship. The toxicity order of the five compounds selected is ben(a)pyrene>pyrene>9,10 phenanthrenedione>1 hydroxypyrene>phenathrene.
