摘要
20种杀虫剂对莱氏野村菌孢子萌发和菌丝生长抑制试验表明 ,各药剂对菌丝生长均有不同程度的抑制作用。有机磷类的杀虫剂有较强抑制作用 ,所选用的 5种单剂及 2种混剂对孢子萌发和菌丝生长抑制率均在 50 %以上 ,其中敌敌畏最强 ,孢子萌发抑制率达 88.68% ,菌丝生长抑制率达 10 0 % ;新型杀虫剂菜喜、除尽和米满对菌丝生长和孢子萌发影响很小 ,孢子萌发抑制率在 10 %以下 ,菌丝生长抑制率在 2 0 %以下。
The effect of 20 insecticides on conidial germination and mycelial growth of Nomuraea rileyi indicated that all insecticides inhibited the growth of this fungus to a certain degree. Organic phosphorus compounds showed strong inhibition,among them Dichlorvos was the strongest,While Spinosad (antibiotic) and Tebufenozide (growth hormone) showed weak inhibition.
