摘要
在温室条件下控制土壤水势梯度,从苗木生长、叶解剖构造和形态特征等方面研究4种木麻黄的抗旱特性。试验结果表明,木麻黄的叶解剖构造具有明显的旱生植物特征,在干旱逆境下有利于防止水分的丧失。在水分胁迫下,木麻黄苗木的生长量和生物量下降,叶部的运动和脱落与叶水势临界值有关,不同树种的小枝肉质化程度与比叶面积是不同的。
Based on the condition controlling soil water potential in the green house,were carried out experi- ments of drought resistance characteristics of 4 Casuarina species by testing growth,leaf morphological struc- ture anatomical feature of tree seedlings.The results showed that their leaf morphological structure present the properties of xerophyte,which is better in avoiding water loss under the adverse circumstance of drought.Un- der the condition of water stress,the growth and biomass of Casuarina seedlings decline,and leaf movement and leaf shedding are related to their critical water potential.Moreover,the degree of leaf succulence and spe- cific leaf area appear different within the 4 Casuarina species.
