Game Analysis on the Manipulation of the Listed Company

中国股市中 ,上市公司炒作自己股票即“做庄”的现象很普遍 .本文说明了产生这种现象的原因 ,并运用博弈论的有关理论 ,对政府监管部门、上市公司及其合作投机商、投资者的有关行为进行了分析 .

In China stock market,it is very common that listed companies manipulate the stock prices of their own stocks.In this essay,the author have explained the causes of this phenomenon of “manipulation”.And with the Game Theory,the author have also analysed the performance of the govenment supervision bodies,listed companies and their coordinating fliers and protfolio investors,and based on the analysis some conclusions are drawn.
