覆膜、灌水、氮肥对春玉米根部土壤微生物数量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 通过对施用不同氮肥量的灌水和不灌水、露地与覆膜春玉米根部土壤微生物数量测定得知 :覆膜能显著地增加玉米根部土壤中各类微生物的数量 ,增长率为 7.4%— 39.7% ,苗期的微生物数量增加幅度大 ;增施氮肥可明显地促进土壤中细菌和放线菌的生长繁殖 ,增长率分别为 5 0 .7%和 2 2 .8% ;灌水可为微生物的生命活动创造有利条件 ,数量增加显著。灌水、增施氮肥、覆膜三者配合可有效地提高土壤的生物活性 ,是玉米丰产的重要基础之一。 Under the conditions of different amount of applying nitrogen fertilizer,irrigation and no irrigation,covered with film and uncovered with film,the quantity of soil microorganisms of spring maize roots was determined.The results are as follows:Film can significantly increase the quantity of all kinds of microorganisms of spring maize roots,and the quantity of microorganisms is increased by a big margin during seeding period.Increasing the amount of applying nitrogen fertilizer can evidently improve bacterium and actinomycin growth and reproduction in soil,and the growth rate is respectively 50.7 and 22.8 per cent.Irrigation can create favorable conditions for microorganism living activity,and the quantity of microorganisms is increased significantly.Making the irrigation,covered with film and increasing the amount of applying nitrogen fertilizer coordinate can effectively increase the living beings activity in soil and it is one important of the basis of getting rich yield of spring maize.
