摘要
论述了超声波在新拌水泥浆体中传播时波速、首波幅值、主频的变化 ,并分析了这些变化与新拌水泥浆体结构发展之间的关系。试验结果表明这些特征指标均能反映水泥浆体早期结构的发展 ,并且 ,试验发现了水泥浆体的主频的急剧下降而后急速回升的时间段与水泥初凝到终凝时间段之间的相应关系。
This paper describes the variation of wave velocity,amplitude of the intitial wave and main frequency when ultrasonic pulses transfers through fresh cement paste,and analyses the relation between the variation and the development of the structure of fresh cement paste.The results indicate that wave velocity,amplitude of the initial wave and main frequency reflect the development of the early structure of fresh cement paste.Furthermore,the results also show a corresponding relationship between time from the sharp decline to the steep rise of the main frequency of cement paste,and time from initial setting to final setting.
