摘要
以 H2 O2 -Fe2 +作氧化剂对邻甲苯酚生产含酚废水进行氧化处理 ,以便能达标排放或循环使用。试验得到氧化处理时 ,H2 O2 与 Fe2 +最佳配比为 2 4∶ 1 (摩尔比 ) ,去除每克 CODCr需投加 H2 O2 的量为 2 .5g及其它氧化条件。处理后 ,挥发酚的去除率 1 0 0 % ,CODCr去除率 95%。
The treatment of wastewater from σ cresol manufacturing process by the oxidation with H 2O 2-Fe 2+ as oxidizing agent is studied.The most appropriate condition of the oxidation treatment is obtained from the test.The molecular ratio of H 2O 2 and Fe 2+ was 24∶1.The amount of H 2O 2 added was 2.5 grams per gram of COD Cr .The removal efficience of the volatile phenal and of COD Cr is 100 % and 95 %.
