优化教育学科教学管理,提高高师学生职业素质

Optimizing the Teaching Management of Educadional Science, Raising the Professional Quality of the Students at Higher Normal Schools

摘要 高师教育学科的课程目标主要是培养学生的教师职业素质 ,使之成为真正合格的教师 ,欲达成此目标 ,需优化教学管理 :健全教学组织机构 ,建设素质优良的师资队伍 ;增加经费投入 ,改善教学条件 ;建章立规 ,强化教学管理机制 ;重视学生的教育实践 ,改革教学方法手段 ;运用考核评估杠杆 。 The main aim of the course of education at higher normal schools is training the students′ professional quality as a teacher. In order to qualify them as teachers, optimizing teaching management is demanded: amplifying teaching organization, building up qualified teaching staff, increasing funds investment, improving teaching conditions, setting up rules and regulations, strengthening the mechanism of teaching management, paying great attention to the students′ educational practice, reforming teaching methods and means, applying the means of examination and assessment in order to promote the students professional quality.
