摘要
培养能够适应 2 1世纪小学教育发展需要的高素质小学教师是五年制实验班的教育目标 ,为达此目标确立了五年一贯、综合培养、学有专长的教育模式 ,进行了课程体系建设 ,建立健全了教学、学生管理等各方面的规章制度 ,开展了丰富多彩而又扎实的教育活动 。
Five-year higher education aims at cultivating would-be primary school teachers possessing higher quality who can meet the needs of the primary school educational development in the 21st century. In order to achieve this goal, the education adheres to the principle that students receive comprehensive education of continuity and everyone is supposed to have specialized knowledge of a subject. Meanwhile, we establish rational courses system, make and develop the system of teaching and students administration, organise various, colorful and valid activities and do some effective scientific researches.
