教师素质是决定教育教学效果的关键因素。由于时代的发展及当代的教育改革 ,对 2 1世纪的小学教师素质提出了更高的要求 ,未来的小学教师应具备高尚的师德修养 ,正确的教育理念 ,合理的知识和能力结构 ,良好的身心素质及信息素质。教师素质具有适应性、全面性。

Teachers′ quality is the key factor which determines the teaching effect .The development of the times and the contemporary educational reform call for higher quality of primary school teachers in the 21st century. The future primary school teachers are supposed to possess: lofty morality and accomplishment; correct sense of education; rational structure of knowledge and ability; sound physical and mental quality. Teachers′ quality should be comprehensive, adaptable.
