摘要
五年制学生是在改革开放以后出生成长的一代 ,随着社会思想的解放 ,个性得以充分发展 ,班级人格化特点十分明显。在素质教育精神指导下 ,结合五年制学生身心发展特点、培养模式的独特性 ,探讨了五年制班级人格化的产生、影响因素及调控。
Five-year students are the generation born and growing up after the reforming and opening.As the liberation of social thoughts, their character are developing fully, the personalization of class is becoming more and more obvious.Under the direction of quality-oriented education, combining the mental and physical characteristic of five-year students ,and the peculiarity of trainging pattern , this author deals with the forming of five-year class personlization, the affecting factors , its regulating and controlling , its influence on students′ development and its significanice in students′ administration work.
