摘要
班主任是班级的“核心” ,又是联结各教育渠道的“纽带”和“桥梁” ,做好班主任工作应做到㈠用平等的态度对待学生 ,㈡“爱、信、严” 。
A classteacher is the “ core” of a class as well as the “link ” and “bridge” used to connect various educational channels together. A good classteacher is supposed to: 1.treat students as equal individuals; 2. love , trust and be strict with students; 3. correctly handle three kinds of relationship.
