发挥学生的主体作用 ,把过去以知识传授为本转变为以学生个性发展为本。引导学生树立正确的自我观念 ,调节好学生的情绪。使学生活动目标具体化 ,更具主动进取性。课堂教学实行民主化 ,允许学生对某个观点或知识发表自己的看法 ,教学环节要有针对性。让学生在学习中切实体验到成功的喜悦。要注意让学生走出封闭的课堂 ,通过开展社会调查活动 。

What this article discusses is to change the tradional teaching method from mainly giving a lesson to mainly developing the personality of students, which includes: encouraging students to set up correct self conception, to adjust their emotions properly and to have a specific goal in order to make students more active in activities. Democratic teaching method is employed in a class, so students are allowed to express their own opinions , which can result in the successful sense for students in the practical study. In a word, this article suggests that students should go out from enclosed classes and get the practical ability through social activities.
