囊性脑膜瘤的CT诊断(附10例报告)

CT diagnosis of cystic meningioma (a report of 10 cases)

目的：探讨囊性脑膜瘤的 ＣＴ诊断及鉴别诊断。材料与方法：本组 １０例病人均经手术后病理证实，其中 ＣＴ平扫表６例，一次性增强扫描３例，平扫后增强扫描４例。结果：幕上肿瘤９例，幕下肿瘤１例。囊样区位于肿瘤边缘部９例，其中６例位于肿瘤的脑深面。边缘与中心部１例。结论：囊性脑膜瘤以瘤周型多见，根据囊性脑膜瘤囊、实性的ＣＴ特点，可提高本病的认识，有利于术前诊断。

Objective: To evaluate CT diagnosis of cystic meningioma and its differential diagnosis. Materials and Methods: In our se- riers, all ten patients with cystic meningiomas were proved by surgery and pathology. Six of ten cases, plain CT scan was obtained, CT scan with contrast enhancement in 3 cases,plain CT scan followed by contrast enhancement in 4 cases .Results: The site of the tumor in 9 cases was in supra tentoria, infra tentoria in one. Cystic area of the tumor was situated in the margin of the tumor in 9 cases, in the margin and centre of the tumor in one. Six of nine cases, Cystic area of the tumor was in the deep aspect adjacent to the brain. Conclusion: The peritu- mor type of cystic meningioma was more common, knowing the characteristics of cystic meningioma on CT, is helpful in pre-operative diagnosis.
