^(99m)Tc-MIBI肺阳性显像对肺癌诊断的临床价值

The clinical value of ^(99m)Tc-MIBI lung scintigraphy in diagnosing lung carcinoma

目的：探讨９９ｍＴｃ－甲氧基异丁基异腈（ＭＩＢＩ）肺阳性显像对肺癌诊断的临床价值。材料与方法：对２４例肺肿瘤患者（原发性肺癌 ２１例，肺良性病变 ３例）行９９ｍＴｃ－ ＭＩＢＩ肺阳性显像，以早期和城晚期病变处异常核素浓聚为阳性表现。结果：２１例原发性肺癌中１８例呈阳性改变，３例呈阴性改变；３例肺良性病变均呈阴性改变。９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ肺阳性显像对肺癌诊断的灵敏性为８５．７％（１８／２１），特异性为１００％（３／３）。结论：９９ｍＴｃ－ＭＩＢＩ肺阳性显像简便无创，对肺癌的诊断正确率较高，具有重要的临床意义。

Objective: To evaluate the clinical value of 99m Tc-MIBI lung imaging in the diagnosis of lung carcinoma. Materials and methods:Planar lung imagings with 99m Tc - MIBI were performed in 24 patients with lung lesion including 21 cases with primary lung carci- noma and 3 benign lung tumor.The high uptake of MIBI in the site of lesion was considered to be positive.Results: 18 out of 21 patients with primary lung carcinoma showed positive results, while the other 3 patients showed negative results. All of the three patients with benign lung lesion showed negative results. The sensitivity and specificity of 99m Tc - MIBI lung imaging for diagnosing lung carcinoma were 85 .7% (18/21) and 100% (3/3), respectively. Conclusin:99m Tc - MIBI lung imaging is of certain important clinical value for its non - invasiveness, convenience and high accuracy for diagnosing lung carcinoma.
