城市中心城区产业结构调整与土地利用演变

THE ADJUSTMENT OF INDUSTRIAL STRUCTURE IN THE URBAN CENTRE AND THE CHANGE IN THE LAND UTILIZATION STRUCTURE

本文关注我国体制转型期的城市发展 ,从市场经济体制下城市中心产业结构的调整入手 ,分析其引起的土地利用结构变动 ,提出了城市土地利用的基本对策。

This paper paid close attention to the urban development during the transformation period of our economic system studied the adjustment of industrial structure in the urban centre under the condition of market economic system. The change of land utilization structure was analysed and the fundamental ways of utilization of urban land was proposed.
