微型金属钛板内固定在下颌骨骨折中的应用

INTERNAL FIXATION WITH TITANIUM MINIPLATE USED IN TREATMENT OF MANDIBULAR FRACTURE

目的 总结分析微型钛板在下颌骨骨折中的应用特点。方法 对 2 5例各种类型的下颌骨骨折采用微型钛板手术内固定。结果 所有病例骨折对位良好 ,骨愈合正常 ,有 1例钛螺钉松动而取出钛板。结论 微型钛板坚固内固定适用于各种下颌骨骨折 ,只要手术时处置得当 ,疗效令人满意。

Objective The study was to analysis the clinical effect of the internal fixation with titanium miniplate used in the treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods 25 cases with different kind of mandibular fracture by trauma were treated by open reduction and internal fixating using titanium minplate.Results all cases of mandibular fractures healed well although one case needed another operation to remove the implant after four months becase of the loosening screw.Conclusions Internal fixation with titanium miniplate can be used in the treatment of different kind of mandibular fractures well if it was performed properly.
