Simultaneous Determination of Vitamin D and E in Rhodiola sheriffii by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

用高效液相色谱法首次测定了红景天中维生素D和E的含量。在NOVA -PakC1 8柱上 ,甲醇作流动相 ,紫外检测。实验回收率大于 92 .5 % ,变异系数小于 2 .0 % ,维生素D和E的检出限分别为 1 .0ng ,7.1ng。特征波长的应用 ,使分析方法更为简便、准确。

A method of simultanous separation and detection of vitamin D and E isdescribed.Determination of the analytes can be accomplished within 10 min by using 5 μm Nova Pak C 18 column,methanoel as the mobile phase,followed with UV detection at 280 nm.This method possesses the advantages of easy operation,effective separation,good reproducibility and satisfactory linear range.
