分光光度法测定多糖铁中硒的含量

Determination of Selenium in Iron Holoside by Spectrophotometry

介绍在 pH2～ 3的条件下 ,硒与 3,3′ -二氨基联苯胺反应 ,生成黄色络合物 ,由甲苯萃取 ,用分光光度法在波长 42 0nm处测定硒含量的方法。该方法可适用于多糖铁中微量元素硒的测定。

In the pH 2～3,selenium reacts with 3,3'-diamino benyidine to form yellow complex which can be extracted by toluene and determined by spectrophotometry at wavelength of 420 nm.The method is fit for determination of trace selenium in Iron Holoside.
