摘要 铜电积电耗是铜电解电耗的 6~ 1 0倍 ,降低铜电积电耗非常重要。影响铜电积电耗的因素是槽电压和电流效率。在研究了影响槽电压和电流效率的因素之后 。 The electricity consumption in copper electrowinning is 6~10 times as much as copper electrolytic refining.Cutting down the electricity consumption in copper electrowinning is very important.The factors influencing electricity consumption in copper electrowinning are the voltage and current efficiency in electrolyzer.In the paper,following inquiry into the elements affecting the voltage and current efficiency in electrolyzer,methods to reduce electricity consumption in copper electrowinning are presented.
