采用三维流函数法 ,对棒材热连轧时的椭圆 -圆孔型系统进行了力能参数的解析 ,其结果与实测符合的很好。该法也可以用于高速线材椭圆 -圆孔型轧制力的计算。

Using three dimensional fluxinal function,the paper has analyzed rolling force and energy parameters of oval round pass sequences for hot continuous bar rolling.The results agree with the measured values.This method can also be used in high speed bar and wire rolling.
