科尔沁沙地衬膜与滩涂水稻主要营养元素分析 被引量:4

摘要 利用 ICP对科尔沁沙地奈曼旗的衬膜水稻和滩涂水稻进行了营养元素分析 ,并与同处中国北方的东北水稻和山东水稻的数据加以类比 ,结果显示 :(1)沙地衬膜水稻营养元素含量相对贫瘠 ,而滩涂水稻的 P、Fe、B、Al、Ca、Sr的含量均高于其它三种水稻 ,这可能与沿河滩涂静水中离子富集有关。 (2 )衬膜和滩涂水稻 Si的含量均高于东北水稻和山东水稻数十倍 ,特别是衬膜水稻含量达 75 .85 mg· kg- 1 。(3)衬膜和滩涂两种水稻都不含 Cd、Pb、Ni、Ag等有毒元素 ,也缺乏 Zn、Cu等人体必需的有益元素。最后 ,分别简略地分析了科尔沁沙地水稻含量较高和较低的元素与人体健康的关系。 Nutrient elements was analyzed for plastic-film paddy and riverside paddy by ICP in Naiman Banner, Horqin Sandland, and analogy was made in contrast to north China paddy and Shandong paddy. The results shows: 1)plastic film paddy has relatively low nutrient element concentration, but the concentration of P, Fe, B, Al, Ca and Sr are higher than the three others, which maybe result from ion enrichment in static water. 2) The concentration of Si both in plastic-film paddy and riverside paddy is ten times higher than the others, especially in the former with a surprising concentration of 75\^85 mg\5kg\+\{-1\}. 3) Cd, Pb, Ni, Ag and other toxic elements have not been detected both in plastic film paddy and in riverside paddy, but elements such as Zn, Cu etc. beneficial to human health are scarce in both. Finally, the relationship was briefly analyzed between human health and higher and lower concentration elements in Horqin Sandland paddy.
