摘要
师范专科教育承担着为基础教育输送教师的任务 ,为了适应经济发展的要求 ,师范专科教育必须转变教育思想、观念 ,实施教学改革 ,改善教学方法和手段 ,提高教师队伍素质 ,探索科学的教育管理机制 ,培养高素质的中小学教师。
The teachers’ college is responsible for training teachers for elementary education.To adjust to the economic development,the educational patterns in teachers' college must be reformed.The reforms include the changes in thought,the improvement of teaching methods & the teachers' performance,the discussion about the mechanism of scientific educational management,training the teachers with high-level competence for elementary and secondary schools.
