摘要
在调查研究和宏观思考的基础上 ,对我省农业高新技术产业化的战略选择、国际科技合作等重大问题提出了建议 ,并对科研机制、创新机制、投资机制和人才机制的内在关系进行了分析和评述 。
Based on the investigation and macro\|thinking,some important aspects,i.e. the strategic selection of agro\|high\|new\|tech industrialization and international cooperation for science and technology in Fujian province were suggested. The internal relationship among the mechanisms of scientific research,innovation,investment and talent cultivation were also analyzed.The suggestion of policy was put forward.
