加入WTO对福建农业的影响与对策

Effects of WTO on Fujian agriculture and its countermeasures

从加入 WTO对福建省农业的冲击和影响分析入手 ,指出受冲击最大的是粮、油生产 ,前景相对看好的是畜禽、水产、食用菌、水果等生产。提出加强对 WTO条款及相应对策的研究 ;加快调整农业产业结构 ;加强基础设施和农业技术进步的投入 ;建立农业创新体系 ;加快建立健全农产品质量标准体系 。

This paper analyzed the impact and effect of WTO on Fujian agriculture.Production of food and oil will be mostly effected. The good prospect will be in animal husbandry,aquiatic product,edible fungi,fruit and so on. Meanwhile,five countermeasures were put forward,such as strengthening the investigation on the articles of WTO,accelerating and adjusting the production structure of agriculture,reinfming the basic facilities and the capital investment in agricultural technology progress;establishing agricultural creative system,accelerating the establishment of standard system for agricultural production quality ,and linking with international standard and so on.
