建立面向21世纪土肥科技产业化运行的新机制

Establishment of new running machanism of industrialization in soil\|fertilizer science and technology towards the 21st century

分析了当前土肥科研部门与化肥企业面临的问题 ,认为土肥科研部门只有进入化肥企业 ,共建农化服务中心这一运行新机制 ,提高农化服务的科技含量 ,使土肥科技成果得以产业化、化肥企业得以科技化 ,才能共同迎接“入世”挑战 ,使双方在 2 1世纪中不断发展壮大。

This apper analyzed the existing problems in the system reformation and the challenge after entering into WTO with the focus on the institutions of soil and fertilizer,and chemical fertilizer\|producing enterprises.It is considered that the scientific technology of soil\|fertilizer institutions needs to be entered the fertilizer\|producing enterprises for jointly establishing a new running mechanism of agro\|chemical serving center,increasing sci\|technological level of the service.Thus,the scientific achievements in soil and fertilizer research are able to be industrialized and serve fertilizer\|producing enterprises;both the institutions and enterprises can jointly deal with the challenge of entering into WTO,and continuously develop in the 21st century.
